Pricing for Counselling

For some people, they choose to not go down the road of accessing a mental health plan through their GP for many reasons. I have elected not to join the Medicare Rebate Scheme and you will find my fee smaller than the gap you pay a psychologist with a Medicare rebate.

Sessions are 1 hour are now all via zoom or the phone.

I have a sliding scale to ensure accessing care is affordable though I appreciate that this still excludes many people.

$120 per session for folks earning $51,000 PA and above

$90 per session for those earning below $50,000 PA.

Business sector rates for Counselling are $175 per session.

I do ask payment to be made on the day for individual counselling.

Please note: Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours-notice will be charged unless the situation is an emergency.
